Make your next Conference more memorable
with a Workshop and/or Keynote from Working Well With Men.

Testimonial from Patrick Tyrrell, former Executive Director, NASW-New Mexico
“The New Mexico Chapter of NASW has been conducting annual professional  training conferences for over thirty years, and without question, Mr. Kammer has been one  of its most inspirational keynote speakers. His presentation on men’s issues in social work was both highly informative and entertaining.  He was particularly skilled in engaging the audience to probe and reflect on gender stereotypes,  and his discussion of power differentials in family functioning was truly illuminating.”

Working Well With Men Director Jack Kammer, MSW, MBA is an experienced and talented presenter on issues of social justice for men. His focus is on the macro level, rather than the clinical. He offers ideas not for getting individuals out of trouble and helping them solve their personal problems, but on preventing trouble and problems arising from the broader social context in which they live. He is most effective with audiences concerned about issues of policy and prevention, cultural attitudes and biases, and the strategy, design and implementation of programs and services.

Topics he is currently offering to address are:
  • Helping Men Give and Get All the Love they Can (Workshop)
  • Social Work’s History on Gender Diversity and How to Get More Men Into the Profession (Keynote)
  • A New Conceptual Model of Power, Oppression, Conflict and Cooperation Between the Sexes and Its Implications for Strengthening Families and Communities (Keynote)
